i. ii. Review of international agreements for donor funding, especially with the Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI);

Commercial Litigation:- Appearing before all classes of court in Kenya to prosecute and defend cases on behalf of banks, financial institutions, state-owned corporations, individuals etc. as well as other business establishments in wide range of cases with well-established debt collection department which has experience in enforcement of securities, receiverships, liquidation, bankruptcy law and related litigation.
viii. We advise our clients on matters; tax structuring for mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, income and withholding taces, tax treaty issues, tax and customs audits, international trade and customs issues, value added tax, SMEs tax and real property tax.
Our services include but are not limited to; sub-divisions of land, change of user, conversion of lad to new registration regimes transfer of land, lease, caveats, easements and licenses, charges and discharge of charges, conveyances, power of attorney, legal due diligence, trusts relating to land and wills, consents relating to land, structured and project finance, easements and renewals/extensions of government leases, trade finance and syndicated loans.

We advise state-owned enterprises on compliance with legal and regulatory regime governing public finance management, as well as public procurement and disposal of assets.
We additionally work with private sector clients to ensure compliance with international and national bidding processes in preparing their submissions.
